Boca Raton's Black Rose Irish Pub is the type of bar that transports you back to the old Irish neighborhoods of Boston. The interior of the bar has exposed brick walls adorned with beer memorabilia, complete with a fireplace to give that "Northeastern" feel. As you walk in, a large wooden bar is mounted in the front area, while a pool room and a stage in the back of the pub are surrounded by small tables under a professional sound and lighting system.  Large flat-screen TVs occupy a space behind the bar, above glowing liquor bottles showing off music videos and the latest sports happenings. When a band isn't playing onstage, there is an electronic jukebox providing musical hits of past and present. In addition to the large interior, there is a vast outdoor patio area with more than a dozen patio tables illuminated by lanterns. Amid the upscale bars and restaurants in the surrounding Mizner Park area, the Black Rose provides a relaxing and casual atmosphere.
